Role Overview:
We seek a dynamic leader to head our inbound Sales team in Australia, focusing on high-performance, engagement, and scalability. Key outcomes include increasing lead conversion by 20%, boosting average order value by 30%, and ensuring consistent team performance.

Responsibilities include building and mentoring the sales team, monitoring performance, managing sales operations and pipeline in HubSpot, providing accurate sales forecasting, personally closing high-value leads, and collaborating with marketing on lead quality and pricing strategies.

Minimum Requirements:
At least 5 years of sales experience in Australia as an individual contributor, with a minimum of 3 years managing sales teams. Recent experience in inbound sales, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or related services. Native English speaker located in the greater Sydney area, with the ability to work in-office three days a week.
