More about the Digital Adoption Speacialist role at Goodman

Digital Adoption Specialist Are you passionate about helping people work smarter with technology? We’re hiring a Digital Adoption Specialist to drive measurable adoption and behaviour change across our global Digital Literacy Programme—building capability across Microsoft 365, data, AI and cyber security. This is a hands-on role where you’ll turn strategy into practical enablement that sticks, and you’ll use data to prove impact and continuously improve. About the role Translate digital literacy strategy into practical, day-to-day delivery across regions. Design adoption campaigns for enterprise initiatives (e.g., Copilot, Power Platform, OneDrive), supported by simple, high-quality enablement assets. Coordinate blended learning (self-service, instructor-led, hands-on labs, champions network) using real scenarios and our tools. Measure what matters— participation, confidence and behavioural signals—to produce executive-ready insights. Key responsibilities Execute the Digital Literacy Programme roadmap (Digital Mindset, Data, AI, Cyber Security) and ensure learning is embedded in everyday work. Own adoption and change enablement plans for priority enterprise rollouts; develop and maintain high-quality enablement materials. Partner with regional stakeholders and advisory groups to plan rollouts, capture feedback, and identify adoption risks/blockers early. Coordinate internal SMEs and external vendors to maintain a structured content pipeline aligned to learning pathways and platform roadmaps. Track and communicate outcomes via executive-ready reporting; continuously refine content and delivery based on feedback and impact data. Ensure learning and enablement content is current, governed, and easy to discover via approved platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Articulate, SharePoint, Teams, WalkMe). About you Proven experience delivering digital adoption, enablement, or learning programmes in an enterprise environment. Strong change management capability (PROSCI preferred) and a practical, outcomes-first approach to behaviour change. Digital fluency across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Viva, Power BI) and digital adoption tools (e.g., WalkMe). Working knowledge of AI fundamentals and responsible use concepts; data literacy and cyber security awareness are advantageous. Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority across globally dispersed stakeholders. Highly organised, customer-centric and comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving scope. What’s on offer A global role with the opportunity to shape how digital learning is embedded into everyday work. High-impact exposure across enterprise platforms, data and AI capability uplift, and secure ways of working. Collaborative environment partnering closely with IT initiative teams, regional technology leads and HR. Reporting to the Head of Knowledge and Corporate Systems (no direct reports). Why you’ll love it Permanent role with global reach and strong visibility across Group IT and the business. Opportunity to shape how AI, data and modern ways of working are adopted—at scale. Work with a collaborative network of initiative leads, regional technology teams, HR and champions. Make a measurable difference through outcomes-focused enablement, not just training delivery. How to apply To apply, please share your resume and a short note highlighting a digital adoption or enablement initiative you’ve led—what you changed, how you drove adoption, and how you measured success.
