ScreedPro is expanding rapidly across Australia. With a national fleet of 34 screed pump trucks — and more on the way — we manufacture and deliver traditional and engineered screeds, self-levelling products, bulk fill, grout and more across major commercial and residential projects nationwide.

We are looking for a motivated Construction Sales Representative to aggressively drive growth in our NSW business and win new work across the builder, flooring, tiling and construction sectors.

This is a hands-on sales role suited to someone who enjoys being on the road, building relationships, identifying opportunities and closing deals.

You’ll work closely with our NSW Sales and Project Managers while having the autonomy to build relationships, generate opportunities and grow your pipeline.

About the role

This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on generating new business opportunities and building long-term customer relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively generating new leads and securing new work
  • Visiting construction sites, builders, tilers and flooring contractors
  • Building relationships with builders, estimators, project managers and site teams
  • Following up quotes and converting opportunities into ongoing business
  • Maintaining regular contact with existing customers to drive repeat work
  • Identifying upcoming projects and market opportunities
  • Working closely with internal operations and project teams
  • Meeting sales and pipeline targets through consistent sales activity and follow-up

Cold calling, prospecting and proactive business development activity are a key part of this role.

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Motivated, driven and confident building new relationships
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities, generating leads and closing deals
  • Comfortable with cold calling, site visits and face-to-face sales
  • Results-focused with a proven track record in winning new business
  • Experienced in proactively chasing projects and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
  • Able to structure and manage your day effectively in an autonomous, field-based role
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and personal accountability
  • Disciplined and consistent with customer follow-up and sales activity
  • Ideally experienced using construction sales and estimating platforms such as Estimate One or similar
  • Preferably experienced in construction, flooring, concrete, building products or related industries
  • Well organised with a positive, professional attitude
  • Tech savvy and comfortable using CRM and digital tools

Existing construction industry contacts and networks are highly regarded.
