Job from partnerA small boutique residential studio is seeking a talented Architect / Experienced Graduate to work on high end private residential projects. You will have proven experience in residential architecture, a high level of Revit proficiency as well strong design, delivery and client facing skills. Must have local experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client service on high budget houses and other boutique projects
- Work on projects from start to completion (including technical aspects)
- Ensure timely and high quality documentation and detailing
- Work closely with others and mentor junior team members
- Ensure highest quality design is delivered through to the final details and finishes
- Work closely with clients and team members
- Potentially work across 3-4 projects at any one time
Skills and Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Good design eye - able to work through design development
- Past local experience on high budget private residential projects as demonstrated within a portfolio
- Outstanding record for completing all stages pf a project from design, approvals through to construction detailing
- Strong Revit knowledge
- Contract Administration skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication skills
