The Opportunity We are currently seeking experienced Casual Wok Chefs to join our culinary teams across a range of Sydney CBD venues. This role is ideal for chefs who thrive in fast-paced services, have strong wok experience and enjoy working with authentic Asian flavours and techniques. You'll be joining established kitchen brigades and contributing to high-quality food execution across some of Sydney's busiest and most exciting venues.
Our ideal candidate will bring:
Proven experience working a wok section in a busy restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of Asian ingredients, sauces, flavour profiles and cooking techniques. The ability to work quickly and consistently under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Experience in high-volume restaurants, hotels or premium casual dining venues. Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude. Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
