The Role:
- Managing a residential property portfolio end-to-end
- Training & mentoring your dedicated property officer
- Full support with routines
- Monday - Friday Only - no weekends... ever!
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Pure relationship management!!
- Managing rental arrears and ensuring legislative compliance
- Delivering a high level of customer service
The Person:
- Previous experience in property management
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working within a structured, process-driven environment
