An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Strata Manager to join a well-established and highly respected strata management business. This is a Monday to Friday role within a modern, professional environment that prioritises service quality, proactive problem-solving, and long-term client relationships over transactional management.
You will take ownership of a well-structured portfolio of approximately 30 buildings / 1,300 lots, supported by a dedicated Assistant Strata Manager, allowing you to focus on client engagement, strategic oversight, and high-level issue resolution.

The Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- End-to-end management of approximately 30 buildings / 1,300 lots
- Driving a proactive approach to maintenance, compliance, and issue resolution
- Working closely with Owners Corporations and Building Committees on planning and property improvements
- Ensuring adherence to legislation, by-laws, and industry best practice
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Providing clear, timely, and solution-focused communication
About You:
We are seeking a confident and experienced Strata Manager who brings:
- Proven strata management experience (essential)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
- A calm, solutions-oriented approach under pressure
- A valid Strata Licence (essential)
- Experience with Strata Master (highly regarded)
