Senior Associate/Special Counsel: Corporate M&A

About the role:
- Advise on M&A transactions, corporate governance, private equity, and joint ventures.
- Lead due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring for high-profile clients.
- Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, regulatory issues, and compliance.
The ideal candidate:
- 7+ years' PQE in corporate/M&A/private equity from a leading firm.
- Australian Legal Qualification & Admission.
- Strong commercial acumen with exceptional drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and business development.
