Our client is a highly respected and well-established real estate agency located in Balmain, currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Consultant to join their high-performing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 12 months or more property management experience who is looking to take the next step in their career within a structured, supportive and fast-paced environment.
The Opportunity Joining a collaborative POD-based team structure, you will work across a shared portfolio of approximately 600 properties while being supported by experienced property management professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Open homes
- Managing repairs and maintenance requests
- Assisting with lease renewals and rental increase recommendations
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
- Supporting the day-to-day management of the portfolio
- Working within a task-based environment focused on service and efficiency
About You:
- Minimum 12 months of experience in Reception, Leasing or PM
- Certificate of Registration essential
- Reliable car and driver's license required
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Experience with systems such as RP Data or similar CRM platforms preferred
