A highly regarded, long-standing real estate agency in Drummoyne is seeking an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join their close-knit and stable team. The Role:
You will manage a residential portfolio that can be tailored to your level of experience, typically ranging between 180–220 properties. For larger portfolios, additional support is provided to ensure workload balance and service quality remains high.
This is a Monday to Friday position, with potential flexibility for working from home post-probation, depending on performance and team fit. The role is initially offered on a temporary basis with strong potential to transition into a permanent position due to upcoming maternity leave cover requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of a residential portfolio (ingoings, outgoings, routines)
- Supported leasing and inspections processes where required
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Ensuring compliance and smooth day-to-day portfolio operations
- Working closely with internal support staff to deliver exceptional service
About You
- Proven experience in residential property management (portfolio management essential)
- Current Certificate of Registration (COR)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage workload in a busy but well-supported environment
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach
