Our client is a highly regarded creative studio seeking an experienced Studio Manager to support the smooth day-to-day operation of their business. This is a varied and hands-on role combining studio management, executive support, administration, client coordination, and operational oversight.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring the studio runs efficiently while supporting team operations, client experience, and executive priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and presentation of the studio, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Manage office supplies, facilities, service providers, deliveries, and studio administration.
- Act as a key point of contact for visitors, enquiries, and client communications.
- Provide executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and inbox management.
- Support client onboarding, proposal administration, documentation, and record keeping.
- Coordinate internal communications, follow-up actions, and operational priorities.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and team coordination.
- Support marketing initiatives, events, photoshoots, presentations, and special projects.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in studio management, office management, executive assistance, operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and confident working independently.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience within a creative, design, architecture, interiors, property, or client-focused environment is highly regarded.
- Experience with project management systems, client onboarding, recruitment, or marketing coordination will be advantageous.
