Key Responsibilities
- Ability to manage a small team and work independently
- Work closely with external consultants and contractors
- Lead projects from developed concept to completion
- Production of working drawings, detailing and delivery and implementation of drawing packages
- Cross-sector experience in Health, Community or Residential beneficial
Skills and Experience
- Appropriate Architectural qualification - registration preferred but not essential
- Experience leading Class 2 projects or health projects through delivery stages
- Local experience on Multi-unit residential projects including design development, documentation and delivery
- Design Building Practitioner Registration or working towards this preferred
- Sound knowledge of other architecture typologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within teams
- Revit proficiency preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, documentation and detailing ability
