About the role:
- You will be involved in all matters related to Property Law.
- This will include, but not limited to sales & purchases, joint ventures,leases, property due diligence, acquisition and real estate.
The ideal candidate:
- Australian qualified Lawyer (2+ PQE); with
- A current practicing certificate and a relevant law degree, coupled with strong academics.
- Understanding of Property legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication, drafting & organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage their file load.
- Be able to work under strenuous pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
