About the role:
- Work closely with experienced Partners in Sydney and other interstate offices.
- Advise ASX-listed companies, corporate regulators and medium to large corporations.
- Be involved in general commercial litigation, dispute resolution and financial regulatory matters such as negligence claims, contractual disputes, regulatory matters and allegations of misleading or deceptive conduct.
The ideal candidate:
- Have 3+ years’ experience.
- Comfortable working autonomously.
- Excellent drafting and communication abilities.
- Highly developed interpersonal and business building skills,
