About the role:
- Manage a range of commercial disputes and insolvency matters from start to finish.
- Draft pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence, and prepare briefs to counsel.
- Conduct legal research and provide advice on strategy and risk management.
- Liaise directly with clients, barristers, and other stakeholders.
- Attend and assist with court appearances, mediations, and settlements.
- Work on cross-border disputes and high-value matters alongside an experienced Partner.
The ideal candidate:
- 1–3 years PQE in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, or insolvency
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, while taking ownership of tasks
- Excellent communication and client service skills
