- Floor Supervisor - Full Time
- Houseperson - Full Time
- Turndown Attendant - Casual
About the Roles:
Floor Supervisor (Full Time)
As a Floor Supervisor, you will lead and inspire the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and support Room Attendants on assigned floors
- Conduct quality checks to ensure brand standards are consistently met
- Coordinate daily room assignments and prioritise VIP/special requests
- Provide coaching and training to team members
As a Houseperson, you will be an essential support to the housekeeping team, ensuring operations run smoothly behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities:
- Replenish linen, amenities, and supplies across floors
- Maintain cleanliness in service areas and corridors
- Assist Room Attendants and Supervisors as needed
- Respond promptly to guest and operational requests
Turndown Attendant (Casual)
As a Turndown Attendant, you will play an important role in creating memorable evening experiences for our guests.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare guest rooms for evening comfort (turndown service)
- Refresh rooms to ensure a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere
- Deliver personalised touches that elevate the guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail at all times
About You
- Passionate about hospitality and guest service
- Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage (but not essential for all roles)
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
