As the face of our coworking spaces, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional environment for members and guests, while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre. Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm, professional welcome to members, guests, and visitors
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, delivering timely and high-quality service
- Support members with daily workspace needs to ensure a seamless experience
- Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring spaces are presentation-ready
- Assist with onboarding, including access passes and workspace orientation
- Maintain shared spaces such as kitchens, coworking areas, and reception
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and general administrative tasks
- Support centre events and contribute to a vibrant, engaged community
- Monitor presentation standards and report maintenance issues as required
- 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Experience supporting office or workspace operations (preferred)
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus)
- A proactive team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
