  • Issue purchase orders and contracts while ensuring project margins align with company policy
  • Liaise with draftspeople, engineers, builders, contractors, suppliers and site managers throughout the construction process
  • Assess design changes and variations and evaluate their impact on project costs
  • Track and report on project costs against estimates throughout project delivery
  • Resolve procurement and purchasing queries to support project delivery timelines
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and business processes

About You

You'll Ideally Bring:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Experience with estimating software such as DataBuild will be highly regarded

Key Competencies

  • Work independently under general supervision while effectively managing workload and priorities
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support and mentor less experienced team members
  • Identify, investigate and resolve problems using established processes and guidelines

What We Offer

  • Employee perks, recognition programs and a vibrant workplace
  • Career development and internal progression opportunities
  • Access to training and mentoring from experienced professionals
  • Supportive and inclusive team culture
  • Stable, full-time role with a well-established and respected brand in the residential construction industry
