Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this stimulating Full-Time Retail Inventory Lead role at our Moore Parkstore. We are looking for an experienced stock hand who is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about stock integrity. If you're hyper-focused on accuracy, enjoy partnering with a leadership team and leading others, and enjoy maximising efficiencies across stock receiving and stock-to-floor processes, then this role may just be for you!
A bit about you...
- Inventory and stock-receiving experience preferably in a high-volume retail environment
- Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Highly developed organisational skills and time management
- Strong communicator and self-motivated individual with the ability to inspire others around them with the best stock and inventory practices
- Solutions driven individual who will challenge the status quo and provide efficient processes
- Ability to multitask whilst being resilient through change and able to bounce back from setbacks quickly
- Demonstrates self-awareness and is open to personal and professional development
- An influencer who is highly personable, confident, and with an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to lift and process products up to 20kg
