ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the successful delivery of major residential apartment projects while working closely with the executive leadership team to drive operational excellence across the business.
You'll mentor and develop Project Managers, Commercial, Engineers and Site Teams, contribute to strategic planning, improve delivery processes and play an integral role in building the company's future leadership capability.
For the right individual, this role offers a genuine pathway into a Construction Manager position as the business continues to expand.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the delivery of large-scale residential apartment developments from pre-construction through to completion
- Managing project programmes, budgets, commercial outcomes and client relationships
- Leading Project Managers, Site Managers and delivery teams across multiple projects
- Building strong relationships with Tier 1 developers, consultants and subcontractors
- Driving project performance, quality, safety and commercial outcomes
- Supporting business growth through mentoring, leadership and continuous improvement initiatives
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE
Ideally you will possess:
- Extensive experience delivering residential apartment projects for a Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder
- Demonstrated success managing projects valued between $50M-$150M
- Strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder management capability
- Proven leadership experience developing high-performing project teams
- A collaborative leadership style with the ambition to progress into a Construction Manager role
