ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Contribute to a customer-centric culture, creating an exciting, educational and seamless experience with every interaction
- Work in a positive, energetic culture that celebrates creative thinking during an exciting time of reinvention for the brand
- Maintain brand standards through presentation consistency, visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning.
- Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system, leveraging interactions to build long-term kikki.K loyalty.
- Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Excitement for the new product offering, you’ll be selling, it so you need to like it!
- Experience in a similar role, providing memorable customer interactions
- Experience using a point-of-sale system.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure to high stock volumes and stock management.
