As the Senior Retail Claims Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of claims, provide technical support on claims strategies, conduct quality assurance reviews, coach and mentor claims consultants, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
You will leverage your expertise to develop team skills, drive continuous improvement, and uphold Zurich's claim philosophy, fostering excellence and efficiency in our claims processes.
Key to your success – let's grow together
- Proven experience as a Senior Claims Consultant in Life Insurance managing end-to-end retail claims, including Income Protection, TPD, and Trauma.
- Expertise in managing multiple policies, resolving complaints, and reviewing disputed claims.
- Strong understanding of LICOP and the Insurance Contracts Act.
- Experience in coaching Claims Consultants.
- Ability to drive process improvements.
- DFP/ANZIIF qualifications preferred but not essential.
