Job Description

The responsibilities of this role will be:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for technology projects.
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end testing activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
• Oversee defect tracking, resolution processes, and the preparation of test reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.
• Provide guidance and leadership to testing teams to achieve set objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing processes.
• Monitor and evaluate testing tools, methodologies, and performance metrics.
• Identify risks related to testing and propose mitigation strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Test Manager should have:

• Experience as a Test Manager or Program Test Manager being hands on with building a test function from scratch
• Experience across ERP transformation projects (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamic)
• Strong experience in developing and executing test strategies and plans.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with defect tracking tools and testing methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify and mitigate testing risks effectively.
• Relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance (preferred).
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
