About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Test Lead / Manager to oversee and manage the testing activities for a major program. You will be responsible for developing test strategies, plans, and cases, ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions. Your expertise in Waterfall methodology and large-scale program integration testing will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Lead and manage a team of testers in an onshore/offshore working environment.
• Oversee the execution of test cases and ensure thorough test coverage.
• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
• Ensure a good understanding of non-functional test methodology.
• Manage data migration testing, performance testing and accessibility testing when needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Establish work priorities and manage deadlines effectively.
• Provide support for digital design, development, testing, and business change management activities.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
  
  

Do you have:

• Minimum 10 years' Waterfall experience in software testing.
• 5 years' extensive experience in a Test Manager/Test Lead role.
• Strong background in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to oversee and drive the testing lifecycle across complex projects.
• Experience in developing test strategy, test plans and test cases of large-scale projects.
• Excellent ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
