NSW Venue Trainer

About the Role
You’ll travel across NSW, leading training for new venue openings, supporting existing venues, and helping implement programs that set our teams up for success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Training and onboarding new venue teams.
- Running workshops and maintaining training materials.
- Supporting food safety, compliance, and operational training.
- Improving processes and identifying training needs across venues.
- 2+ years’ experience in multi-site training (QSR or food retail preferred).
- A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve.
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel.
