We are currently working with a BigLaw firm who are looking for an ambitious Corporate Associate to join their tier 1 team in their prestigious New York headquarters and are particularly interested in Australian corporate associates.

About you:

· Strong Corporate experience including M&A and PE

· Over three years experience from a leading firm

· Excellent academic background

· Strong desire to work and live in New York.
