Our financial services client are currently looking for a IT Support officer to undertake an initial 6 month contract focusing on Level 2 help desk tasks.
Core responsibilities:Min 5 years' experience in IT Helpdesk with significant exposure to Level 2 dutiesExtensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies.Call logging, incident resolution, service requests and other tasks to provide ICT support services to the businessHardware tasks are involved with the ability to support on IT devices and equipmentClear communication skills are essential, with the ability to escalate complex customer issues. as necessary.Demonstrate awareness of strategic and operational requirements to support the core business.Relevant professional certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
