AB Hotel, a well-established and locally loved pub in the heart of Glebe, is seeking a driven and experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily operations and contribute to the continued success of this iconic venue. - Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including bar, bistro, and gaming
- Lead and manage a diverse team of staff across front-of-house and back-of-house
- Drive a strong customer service culture and ensure a positive guest experience
- Manage staff recruitment, rostering, onboarding, and performance management
- Monitor budgets, revenue targets, and cost controls to optimise profitability
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, OH&S, food safety, and RSA/RSG regulations
- Develop and implement marketing, event, and promotional strategies
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness, and operational efficiency at all times
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a leadership role in a hospitality venue
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, gaming, and compliance requirements
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment with confidence and professionalism
- Financial acumen and experience with POS and venue management systems
- A current RSA & RCG certificate (NSW)
