AB Hotel, a well-established and locally loved pub in the heart of Glebe, is seeking a driven and experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily operations and contribute to the continued success of this iconic venue. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including bar, bistro, and gaming
• Lead and manage a diverse team of staff across front-of-house and back-of-house
• Drive a strong customer service culture and ensure a positive guest experience
• Manage staff recruitment, rostering, onboarding, and performance management
• Monitor budgets, revenue targets, and cost controls to optimise profitability
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, OH&S, food safety, and RSA/RSG regulations
• Develop and implement marketing, event, and promotional strategies
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness, and operational efficiency at all times

About You:

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a leadership role in a hospitality venue
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, gaming, and compliance requirements
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment with confidence and professionalism
• Financial acumen and experience with POS and venue management systems
• A current RSA & RCG certificate (NSW)
