About the role:
- Merger clearance and associated work in an interesting mid-market practice.
The ideal candidate:
- Associate/Senior Associate (3-6 PQE).
- Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
- Outstanding attention to detail, analytical, technical and drafting skills.
- Prior experience gained within a leading law firm with predominant exposure to competition and regulatory matters, focusing on merger clearance.
