The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Bar Supervisor to supervise the team at Infinity, Sydney Tower. If you have experience working in a fine beverage establishment, delivering premium quality service and goods, we would love to hear from you.
Do you have?
- 3+ years’ experience in a cocktail bar
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills to guide the team
- Able to work five days per week – Monday to Sunday
- Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills
- Creativity to customise cocktails, pairing food and beverage and keeping up to date with current beverage trends
- Prepared to work across multi outlets including restaurant service, events and functions
- Exceptional grooming and pride in presentation
- Easy access to public transport for occasional early starts and regular late finishes
- You will be reliable, dedicated, willing to continue learning and passionate
