Associate Partner

Management Consulting - Financial Services and Public Sector

Permanent Full Time - Sydney NSW

$250,000 per year including superannuation.

Altitude is seeking an experienced Associate Partner / Technology Transformation who will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leading large-scale transformation programs and consulting engagements. You will bring deep subject matter expertise, strategic insight, and a passion for delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programs across banking, financial services, and government clients.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, driving digital and technology-led change.
• Design and implement innovative, client-specific consulting solutions that generate long-term value.
• Own and lead business development activities, including pipeline growth, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
• Contribute to practice development through thought leadership, mentoring, capability building, and representing the firm in industry forums.

Requirements:

• Proven consulting experience in technology transformation, with a strong focus on FSI and public sector engagements.
• Demonstrated track record in pre-sales, RFP responses, revenue generation, and deal closure.
• Deep expertise in technology strategy, operating model design, and transformation delivery.
• Strong leadership in practice management, team development, and internal capability uplift.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills, with a client-first mindset.
