Position Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Practice Lead to guide and inspire our Application Development and Product team.
This leadership role requires expertise in both technical delivery and team management, ensuring the successful design, development, and deployment of client applications and products. You will possess strong technical skills in Microsoft technologies, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for leadership.
As Practice Lead, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to shape the direction of our services, foster innovation, and ensure the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for driving technical pre-sales engagements, delivering compelling presentations and workshops, and leading development projects to ensure the successful implementation of custom applications, chatbots, and generative AI-based solutions for our clients. Experience in integration will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, engineers, and product managers to deliver best-in-class application development solutions.
- Oversee the development and delivery of complex software applications and products, ensuring they meet client requirements and business goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the strategic vision for the Application Development and Product teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in methodologies, practices, and tools to enhance the productivity and capabilities of the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Ensure alignment with industry best practices, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality products, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in application development, product management, or IT consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions architecture role focused on application development.
- Strong technical background with hands-on development experience in Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, C#, Azure).
- Experience in developing and implementing custom applications, chatbots, and generative AI-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding innovative solutions to complex challenges
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
- Certifications in relevant Microsoft technologies or methodologies.
- Experience in leading workshops.
