  • Previous experience in case management or relevant work experience with young people.
  • Current driver's licence
  • NSW Working with Children Check (Service NSW)
  • First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain)
What you need to succeed:
  • Experience working with complex clients, including children and young people impacted by trauma, abuse, or neglect, with insight into the effects on behaviour and development.
  • Familiarity with using outcomes measurement tools to track client progress and inform service delivery.
  • Skilled in conducting assessments, making referrals, and connecting clients to appropriate support services.
  • Solid understanding of child protection, as well as client vulnerabilities including substance use, mental health issues, and legal challenges.
  • Knowledge of the complexities and impacts of domestic and family violence, including legal and social implications.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied caseload.
  • Confident using office technology and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
In return we offer:
  • Comprehensive induction training
  • $500 referral bonus can be generously rewarded for referring a friend who joins Uniting.
  • Affordable access to Fitness Passport— discounted gym memberships to support your best life.
