The Opportunity
The Performance Manager will drive high quality performance across Asuria’s WFA employment services contract. This is a dynamic role that partners with employment services staff, at all levels, to implement strategies, that will improve their knowledge, practical skills and deliver contractual performance. The incumbent will have exceptional communication, stakeholder management skills and have an eye for detail to ensure this is carried out in the most effective way.
The Performance Manager will understand how to implement and execute employment services contracts. They will work closely with the Business Intelligence Team to utilise key metrics and data to improve Asuria’s service delivery model. They will also work closely with the National Training Team to ensure adequate training plans are in place to support key contractual performance gaps. The role reports to the National Operations Manager who is responsible for the overall continuous improvement and high performance of Asuria.

Key Accountabilities
- Provides analysis and strategic management advice on performance matters
- Manages reporting and effectively analyses and identifies trends.
- Forecasts potential performance issues to ensure that high standards of performance are sustained.
- Assists in designing, implementing, and reviewing business processes to ensure staff are achieving high standards
- Monitors and reports on contractual performance
- Ensures timely collection, collation and disbursement of performance data to team members
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Minimum of 5 years of Employment Services industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management.
- Has a proven track record in leading high performing teams.
- Cert IV in Employment Services; preferred not essential.
- High level verbal and written communication skills
