The External Fulfilment (EF) team is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager for launching and expanding EF fulfilment in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting new EF program launches and the expansion of the program. This will be a diverse and highly visible role requiring a strong aptitude for building partnerships and influencing a wide range of stakeholders at every level of the business. You will establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert in a fast-moving, ambiguous, and high-pressure environment, relentlessly advocating for our sellers with partners who have multiple competing priorities.

Interfacing with the Tech, Retail, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Operations teams, you will contribute to the development of customer-centric fulfillment.

Key job responsibilities:

1. Contribute and lead expansion projects within the Australia External Fulfillment to support business and selection growth.
2. Scope, develop, and implement end-to-end technical/business solutions for EF expansion.
3. Own the performance of the EF nodes and be responsible for the success of sellers onboarded in EF programs.
4. Contribute to process improvements and cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Prioritize projects and software feature requests, evaluate, and set stakeholder expectations.
6. Ensure that for each integration, requirements and resources (both internal and external) are available to deliver success.
7. Develop and maintain strong communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of accurate information across various Amazon teams.
8. Support and manage critical relations with external partners from the initial phase of the project to its execution and train them to the required Amazon processes.
9. Possess a combination of practical and intellectual skills and an ability to shift and adapt to different tasks that vary between complex analyses and hands-on project and operations management.
10. Strong focus on quantitative data, working with large datasets and able to use the appropriate software for this scale.
11. Willingness to travel to EF sites.

1. 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
3. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
4. Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
5. Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
6. Experience as a product manager or owner.
7. Experience owning technology products.

1. Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
2. Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
