We’re seeking an experienced Solution Architect for one of our clients, who thrives at the intersection of technology and business strategy. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills to design solutions that drive real business outcomes in complex, cross-functional environments.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Architecture Leadership

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, practical architecture designs that align with organisational strategy
• Provide technical leadership on digital platforms, cloud environments, and integration architectures
• Drive strategic direction on technology investments and digital capability development

Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery

• Build trust and alignment across technical and business teams through clear communication and collaborative leadership
• Identify and manage system interdependencies to ensure cohesive, end-to-end solution design
• Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, influencing decision-making at all organisational levels

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years as an End-to-End Solution Architect with demonstrable success in complex environments
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and relationship building across technical and business domains
• Comprehensive architecture experience spanning Information & Data, Integration, Infrastructure, and Security domains
• Experiencing supporting Workday implementation projects / programs

Technical & Strategic Capabilities

• Practical understanding of AI and emerging technologies, including governance frameworks, data ethics, and implementation considerations
• Business-focused approach to problem-solving with demonstrated ability to balance technical excellence with commercial pragmatism
• Adaptable and proactive mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Flexible engagement terms that recognise your expertise and contribution
