• Lead your own design team on landmark high-rise, commercial, and government projects

• Diverse project portfolio: 30-45 storey towers, mid-rise residential, large-scale commercial, industrial, hospitals, and civic structures
• Join consultancies with solid reputations, strong pipelines, and national presence

• $162k-$153k: National consultancy with a Melbourne HQ expanding in Sydney. Lead multiple complex high-rise and commercial projects. Immediate team leadership with Associate pathway.
• $158k-$143k: High-growth firm with a technical focus. Oversee a team of 7. Ideal for engineers who thrive on complex, high-rise design and want to deepen their technical mastery.
• $155k-$143k: Established structural powerhouse across commercial and industrial. Long-term growth, lead the design team in time.
• $152k-$146k: Strong mentoring from Tier 1-calibre Directors. Work on a wide range of structures including hospitals, apartments, and government buildings.
