About the role:

• Work on fund transactional, fund management and advisory work in varying sectors.
• Act for global fund managers, national and international investment groups and pension funds, institutional investors, and more!
• Engage in business development alongside the Partners, as well as mentoring Associates.
• Also, work collaboratively with the firm’s corporate, tax and financial services teams.

The ideal candidate:

• Senior Associate (5+ PQE) with either experience in onshore Funds or Corporate transactions, who is eager to work on both transactions and regulatory matters;
• Relevant legal qualification/admission with strong academic results;
• Excellent communication, drafting, relationship-building and critical thinking skills;
• The ability and resilience to thrive in fast paced dynamic work environment.
