What you bring:Previous experience as a Venue Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in hospitality, QSR, or retailA hands-on leadership style and a passion for building strong, happy teamsOperational know-how and confidence managing a fast-moving environmentFlexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidaysA positive, proactive attitude and a love for creating great guest experiences
