About the Role
We’re looking for a talented writer who excels at turning complex insurance information into simple, clear language. This role is crucial in ensuring customers can easily navigate digital platforms to buy, renew, claim, or learn about insurance products.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team, creating customer-centric content that aligns with business goals. Working alongside professionals in UX, UI, SEO, and behavioural science, you’ll have access to a supportive team of content designers to enhance your work through peer feedback and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft clear, concise copy tailored to customer needs and business objectives.
- Develop and refine content, ensuring it’s accurate, compliant, and ready for publication.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across UX, UI, SEO, and legal teams to deliver high-quality content.
- Manage feedback while maintaining customer-friendly copy that aligns with style and accessibility standards.
- Leverage data and testing to inform content decisions and optimise performance.
- Champion content-led design and accessibility best practices across the organisation.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills for both long-form and short-form digital content.
- Experience as a content designer, particularly in creating product information, microcopy, and error messaging.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and legal approval processes.
- Proficiency in SEO and data-driven content creation.
- Proven success working within Agile, cross-functional teams, with hands-on experience in tools like Jira.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate and defend content design decisions.
