Job Finance Business Partner - Large Australian Corporate, The Rocks

- 12 Month Fixed Term Contract to Permanent
- Flexible working - 2-3 days in the office
- Circa $180-$190,000 package

The Position

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our globally recognised Australian corporate as they navigate an exciting period of transformation. This role partners with the Head of Technology and their team as well as corporate services. They focus is on cost management, best practices, and managing finance for program and project transformations. The role reports to the Head of Commercial and Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT and other corporate services to optimise cost management strategies and implement industry best practices.
• Provide comprehensive analytical support, including scenario modeling and business case analysis.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to deliver critical insights and drive informed decision-making.
• Facilitate process improvement and support transformative changes that enhance organisational value.
• Lead and support business planning processes to stimulate commercial growth and efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

• CA/CPA qualification or equivalent required.
• Proven experience as a business partner with a strong record in commercial insights, driving profitability, and executing cost reduction strategies.
• Background in Blue Chip corporate environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar analytical tools is highly desirable.
• Adept at engaging with diverse teams, with a talent for influencing and mobilizing change.
• Exhibits energy, enthusiasm, and excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and partnership.
