The Role
We are looking for a Solicitor with 2-4 to years’ PQE experience to join our reputable Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. You will be working as part of a team providing support to Partners including:
- representing Government clients.
- attending a high volume of Court and Tribunal appearances.
What You Offer:
We are looking for a pro-active litigation Solicitor who will bring energy and innovation to Hicksons |Hunt & Hunt. The ideal candidate will have:
· 2-4 years PQE
· Must have experience in Administrative Law or Public Law, or a background in Government
Litigation.
· Advocacy experience preferably in the Federal Court, Federal Circuit and Family Court and/or
Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
· Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills.
· The ability to work well within a team environment and manage a high-volume workload.
· Strong stakeholder experience.
· Willingness to travel intra/interstate for court appearances if necessary.
· Strong technical skills including in legal document drafting and research.
