About The Role
Join the Rawson Group as a Conveyancing Paralegal on either a Full-time or Part-time basis. Support our legal team primarily with property transactions and FIRB compliance by partnering with our external conveyancing firms to facilitate efficient property transactions. This role will be responsible for supporting the business across the whole property transaction cycle and will also support the wider legal team with ad-hoc matters. You'll gain exposure to other legal matters such as legal research, display home leases, assisting with dispute resolution and various other agreements. You will be surrounded by a friendly and supportive team to expand your skills in support of the Rawson Group's success.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and instruct external legal firms on property transactionsMaintain and update FIRB ATO registers to ensure compliance with relevant obligationsSupport the legal team with compliance matters as directedReport and monitor business registers such as FIRB, referral fee arrangements and display homes renewal agreementsConsult with internal teams, providing commentary and advice to foster continuous improvement

Professional and driven person who strives for outcomes Ability to analyse and resolve problems using evidence to make decisions Can work in a collaborative manner and shares knowledge amongst the legal teamExcellent written and verbal abilities and is able to use these to influence and negotiateComfortable liaising with external stakeholders and multiple parties to manage and drive resultsWill be a trusted advisor to partner with the business and must be able to build robust relationships
Desirable Experience & Qualifications
Prior experience with FIRB complianceExperience as a conveyancer/ registered conveyancer or a law degree
