Description of the job
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer with 4+ years experience in Wills and Estates to join our client team. This role would suit an Associate or Senior Associate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for converting and managing work in all areas of Wills and Estates including:
estate planning - both simple and complex, asset protection, and restructuring.
estate litigation - including family provision claims (acting for the plaintiff and the estate), contested grants, and judicial advice applications.
estate administration - including applying for grants (simple and complex) and advising executors/administrators/beneficiaries on the administration of estates.

High salary - $140,000 - $190,000 plus super depending on experience.
Wide variety of work, walk straight into a busy practice.
Will be working alongside the Principal.
Mandatory criteria
Experienced - 4+ years in Wills and Estates (other areas of law are of no interest).
Have completed or currently completing a Masters of Applied Laws in Wills & Estates through the College of Law.
Proficient with Hutley's Australian Wills Precedents.
Proficient at taking and converting new customer enquires.
Experience with Smokeball Legal Software.
Candidate must live in Sydney metro area.
Someone who has deep pride in client satisfaction.
Proven negotiation skills.
High level of autonomy and the ability to manage matters from conversion to conclusion.
Current NSW Practicing Certificate.
