Are you a passionate property lawyer looking to work in a dynamic and supportive legal team? We're currently seeking two experienced Property Lawyers to join well-established firms, who are renowned for delivering exceptional client outcomes in property law.
The Roles
We’re recruiting for two roles:
Property Lawyer (4–5 years PQE):
We are looking for an experienced Property Lawyer to join a boutique commercial firm with a growing reputation and a collaborative, close-knit culture.
This newly created permanent role offers the opportunity to showcase your expertise in leasing and conveyancing, while thriving in a small firm environment that values hard work.
This is a healthy and thriving practice with existing matters and clients.
Key responsibilities:
Leasing duties:
Managing your own file load from instruction to completion
Reviewing and drafting lease documents
Negotiating lease terms
Acting for both the Landlord and Tenant
Client reporting
Conveyancing duties:
Managing Conveyancing file load from start to finish
Contract review and negotiating terms
Conducting searches
Preparing legal documents
Ensuring a smooth settlement – settlement preparation and post settlement
Managing deadlines and administration
About you:
You will have demonstrated experience working autonomously in property leasing and conveyancing with exceptional attention to detail, strong written and drafting skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
Commercial Property Lawyer (2-5 years PAE):
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a large national law firm with a collaborative culture dedicated to providing outstanding legal services to their clients.
You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of clients including major property developers, private entities, owners corporations, and government bodies. You’ll work on interesting, high value matters within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities:
Advising property developers throughout the full development lifecycle
Managing complex transactions involving options, development agreements and joint ventures
Drafting master contracts for off-the-plan land sales
Preparing tailored governance documentation
Providing advice to owners corporations and community associations
Supporting the Firms off-the-plan sales team
About you:
You will be an experienced Property Lawyer with 2 - 4 years PAE in both commercial and residential property law, who is driven, eager to learn, and ready to grow their career in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
