Join the Central Legal and Governance Group supporting various teams including Brand and Reputation, Commercial, and Insurance. These teams ensure Macquarie operates within a strong legal and governance frameworks, enabling the organisation to navigate complex global legal landscapes.

What role will you play
In this role, you will provide administrative support to a broad Australian-based legal team including managing diaries, producing and executing documents, preparing presentations, processing invoices and expenses, coordinating meetings and events, booking travel, onboarding new starters, assisting with IT needs among other administrative tasks.
What you offer
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support in a Law Firm or inhouse legal team
- A proactive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills
- Experience supporting a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Confidence in decision-making and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
