About the role:
- Lead technical expert, project manager, and team coordinator within a top-tier Dispute Resolution Practice
- Advise on all aspects of employment and immigration law, including drafting agreements and managing workplace investigations
- Represent clients in Employment Tribunal, Human Rights Tribunal, and Supreme Court matters
- Support business development through client seminars, marketing events, and contributing to employment and immigration know-how
- Manage junior lawyers, fostering their professional development with partner support
The ideal candidate:
- Qualified lawyer (solicitor or barrister) with 8+ years PQE in employment law in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
- Strong academic background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior team members
- Advocacy experience in employment law matters is highly desirable
- Enthusiastic about developing further as an advocate
