About your new employer:

About the role:
- Working with the Head of the Commercial & Insolvency department.
- Advising lenders, borrowers, directors and creditors on complex financing arrangements and loan recovery scenarios.
- Draft loan and security documents, such as general security agreements and real property mortgages.
- Attend mediations and undertake litigation in Courts.
The ideal candidate:
- Commercial and Insolvency Lawyers from Associate level right up to Partner level. (3+ PQE).
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, with a strong academic track record.
- Meticulous attention to detail & excellent communication skills.
- Must have both front-end and back-end Commercial/Insolvency Law experience.
