About the role:
- Working with two of Australia’s leading Specialist Partner in Corporate Law.
- Act as trusted advisors for high-profile clients, such as ASX-listed and multi-national corporations.
- Work on corporate and securities law matters, with a focus on disposals, acquisitions and capital raising.
- Prepare, draft and review documents, undertake due diligence and legal research.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer with 3+ PQE, with private practice experience in Corporate Law.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
- Excellent communication skills, client focused & commercial minded.
- Excellent time management skills, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
