About the role:
- Manage and assist with large-scale, commercial litigation matters across insolvency, defamation, debt recovery, contractual disputes.
- Prepare accurate, concise, and impactful legal documents.
- Work with leading, reputable partners within the Commercial Litigation space.
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in commercial litigation/dispute resolution gained in Australia or New Zealand.
- Sharp communication abilities and strong time management skills.
- Strong time management, proactive and self-directed approach to work.
